Shipping FAQs
How long does shipping take?
All orders are delivered within 7–9 business days from the date of dispatch. We dispatch within 1–2 business days of your order being placed, so you can expect your camera within about 9–11 days of ordering.
Do you offer express shipping?
Currently we offer standard shipping only, with a consistent 7–9 business day delivery window. We're working on adding express options in the future.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — once your order is dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, Australia, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom. As demand grows, we'll definitely be expanding to more countries — so stay tuned!
What if my order hasn't arrived after 9 business days?
